1. Wallet-Based Access You must connect a supported crypto wallet to use PriorityPing. Your wallet address serves as your identity on the platform. Keep your private keys secure—we don’t store, access, or recover wallets.
2. Message Prioritization Messages are prioritized based on the amount the sender chooses to spend. You set your own preferred pricing for receiving messages. PriorityPing facilitates this process but is not responsible for the content or outcomes of any communication.
3. Spam & Abuse Prevention PriorityPing uses an economic model to discourage spam. Users abusing the system, including sending harmful, illegal, or unsolicited messages, may be blocked or restricted from future use.
4. User Content You are responsible for the content you send or receive. Do not use PriorityPing to engage in harassment, impersonation, fraud, or any unlawful activity.
5. Decentralization & Data Messages are end-to-end encrypted. We do not access message content. Public profiles (like your username, bio, or social links) are associated with your wallet and stored securely.
6. No Guarantees. PriorityPing is in active development. Features, fees, and access may change. We make no guarantees about uptime, message delivery, or future compatibility with specific wallets or blockchains.
7. Liability. Use PriorityPing at your own risk. We are not liable for losses, scams, or disputes between users. Always verify who you're talking to before sharing personal or financial information.
